Coach Neil O'Donnell Coach Neil is happily retired from the NYPD. In the NYPD, he was awarded over 50 medals. Two of those medals were the second highest awards in the Department. Neil was also one of the Youngest Policemen ever promoted to Detective at 25 years of age. He retired from the Brooklyn Robbery Squad as a Detective. Neil has been involved with youth sports for over 30 years. He started his coaching career in St. Patricks Little League, where he led two of his teams to Championship seasons. He then went on to become the Commisioner of St. Patricks Little League , where he was responsible for running an organization with over 250 kids. Coach O'Donnell then began his Football Coaching Career in 1992 with the Knute Rockne Football Organization. He then went on to coach at the High School Level . Coach O'Donnell started at McKee/Staten Island Tech. Then he moved on to Nazareth High School, where he was the Defensive Coordinator for Four years. He then moved on to Poly Prep and most recently coached at Fort Hamilton High School, where he was part of a staff that won back to back NYC PSAL Champioships 2005 and 2006. Coach O'Donnell is presently the Asst Head Coach Defensive Coordinator at Christ The King High School. He is also Head Coach of the Midget Team. In his first year as a Head Coach led the Midget Team to the NYCFL Championship. Coach O'Donnell is married to his wife Barbara. Coach Scott Suda Coach Scott grew up in Astoria, Queens. He has been working with St. Mary's cemetery for 16 years. Scott has been married for 15 years to Doris Suda who also helps out in the Queens Falcons program. Doris and Scott have two children. Their oldest Nicholas is a Peewee and their youngest Marc is a Junior Peewee. They have been with the Queens Falcons for three years. This is Coach Scott's second year helping out. Scott had never coached football before but is a quick learning and has a heart for helping children. Scott does whatever he can to help out with the teams, the office and equipment. Coach Joe Marino Coach Joe Marino started coaching in the Queens Falcons organization in 1999 with the Intermediates where he remained until the 2007 season. This season he will assist Coach Goran with the Peewees. Coach Joe also helps to get young men into High Schools. Coach Joe Marino grew up in Ozone Park, Queens where he played football as a kid. He and his wife are proud to have a son and daughter both in college at the current time. Joe has over 20 years experience as a coach. He coached with the Lynvets, Rosedale and South Shore High School. Aside from being a full-time accountant, Coach Joe officiates three sports- baseball, football and basketball. Coach Paul Krische Treasurer, Board Member, Golf Committee Member Grew up in Forest Hills and played football for the Queens Falcons from 1970 – 1975. Graduated Archbishop Molloy High School in Briarwood, Queens and Fordham University’s College of Business at Rose Hill. Completed his MBA in 1990 at Fordham University at night at Lincoln Center. Started coaching with the Queens Falcons in 1986 along with Stephen Hoffman and Gregory Hoffman. Became treasurer of the organization in 1992 and has since held this position. Paul is part of the original committee (James Hoffman, Gregory Hoffman & Aileen Hoffman) who began the annual SGH Golf Classic in 2002 to raise funds for the organization. The golf outing, which is the organization’s major fundraiser, is going on its 8th year. Paul is a member of the organization’s board of directors. Paul is married to Therese and has three children, Eddie, Sheila & Irene. He presently works for Capital One Bank as a Market Sales Executive, SVP for the Business Banking Group. In his spare time, Paul coaches basketball, softball, swimming and soccer. He also helps with his local Boy Scout troop and is a former Eagle Scout. Contact Paul: [email protected] |

Coach Marco
Battaglia Board Member, Coach Marco Battaglia concluded his collegiate career as one of the most decorated players in the history of Rutgers football. As a senior, the 6-foot 3, 245-pound tight end from Queens, N.Y., was a consensus All-America, earning first-team recognition from the Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America the Walter Camp Foundation, the American College Football Coaches Association, Football News, Pro and College Football News Weekly, and United Press International. Battaglia led the nation’s tight ends with 69 catches for 894 yards and 10 touchdowns in his memorable senior season, and was named the “Offensive Player of the Year” in the BIG EAST Conference. As a junior, Battaglia was the BIG EAST’s leading receiver with 58 catches for 779 yards. Appearing in all 44 games (1992-95), making 32 starts, he was the all-time leading receiver, with 171 receptions, in Rutgers history upon conclusion of his career. Battaglia went on to play for five teams in a nine-year career in the National Football League, and was a member of the 2004 Carolina Panthers’ Super Bowl team. He was an All-New York City and All-State player at St. Francis Prep; he played on three consecutive New York City Catholic League championship teams. Coach Jon Serrette Started playing football with the Rosedale Jets Junior Pee Wee team in 1983. Played for the Jets until 1988. Began coaching with the Jets in 1989. Was defensive coach for the first 3 year with the Junior Pees Wees. Became the head coach of Rosedale Jets Bantams in 1992-3 and then the Pee Wees in 1994-1996. Was President of the Rosedale Jets Youth Football Organization from 1994-1996. Went over to the Bayside Raiders in 1997 and in 2 years led the Raider Pee Wee team to their first championship in 1999. With the Raiders, coached, Junior Pee Wees, Pee Wees, and Bantams through 13 years with the organization. Won Coach of the Year in NYCYFL in 2004. Came over to the Falcons in 2011 to be Head coach their Pee Wee team. Has coach a plethora of players that went on to become all city Graduated from St. Francis Prep in 1991 and received his Marketing Degree from Baruch College. Has been Advertising Media business for the last 16 years where currently he is working in the Business and Information Technology department of a major Media company as a Project Manager. Coach Dennis Coach Dennis Jakubauskas started coaching flag football with the YMCA in 2003 and later began coaching tackle football with the Queens Falcons organization in 2007, when he coached the Peanut Division. This season he is coaching the Jr Pee Wees. Coach Joe also helps out with getting young men into High Schools. Coach Dennis Jakubauskas grew up in Greenpoint, NY where he played football for the Greenpoint Crusaders and the ICYP Raiders. He and his wife are proud to 3 boys: Joseph, 21, Dennis, 12 and Anthony, 9. Dennis, Jr currently plays for the Queens Falcons and has been for the past 6 years. Aside from being a football coach, Coach Dennis is a Teamster for Feldman Lumber, where he has been for 14 years. Dennis' wife, Deana, also plays an active role for the Queens Falcons. Deana is one of the coaches for the Falcons' new cheerleading team. She is also the Team Mom for the Pee Wee Division and helps with registration, paperwork and other administrative work throughout the season.
